Frequently Asked Questions

Why haven't I received a reply to my enquiry?
Wick Players is run entirely by volunteers who juggle club duties alongside work, family, and everyday life. While we do our best to respond to messages promptly, sometimes things slip through the cracks. If you haven’t heard back within a reasonable time, please don’t hesitate to give us a gentle nudge- we won’t mind! Your message matters, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
How do I book Tickets for a Show?
Every show we perform is different, and we don't always have the same process for booking tickets. Keep an eye out on our website and social media for adverts where details will be provided for purchasing tickets. Alternatively, you can always reach out to us.
There's a Glitch with your website. How can I let you know about it?
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! As a volunteer-run club, we rely on helpful feedback to keep things running smoothly. If you've noticed a technical issue or something that doesn't seem quite right, please email us with a brief description of the problem. Screenshots are always helpful too. We'll do our best to investigate and resolve it as soon as we can.
Is your clubrooms available to hire?
Unfortunately not. Our clubrooms are not available for public hire, as they are dedicated to Wick Players’ rehearsals, productions, and club activities and the complex is used regularly throughout the year by us. We’re proud to maintain the space as a creative hub for our members.
How can I hire Wick Assembly Rooms?
Wick Players does not handle bookings for this venue as the facility is owned and managed by HighLife Highland. Bookings for Wick Assembly Rooms are managed by East Caithness Community Facility (ECCF), who can be contacted by email, phone or by visiting the facility in person:
