Representatives

On each of the district committees stand representatives from various clubs within the area. Organisations having representatives on the district committee opens up the opportunity for clubs participating in SCDA events to voice suggestions and to feedback to their respective clubs. It is a great opportunity for like-minded individuals to connect and to work together for the benefit of community drama and to further improve their district's festival.

Clare Sturrock-Centre

A member of the club since 1997 and game for some fun, laughter but of course getting stuck into drama,  Clare has extensive experience in partaking in SCDA festivals. She has proudly reached the Scottish and British finals with Wick Players on numerous occasions and makes a fitting club representative for helping to improve the festival not only for the club but for  future generations.​​

Kirstin Gunn

​Kirstin has been involved with Wick Players since her early teens and has excelled in amateur dramatics taking on lead roles in both pantomime and SCDA festival entries; a keen representative for the next generation, Kirstin proudly made her debut in her first SCDA festival senior entry in 2024 reaching the Highland Divisional Open Final.

Lily Sutherland

​Lily is a relatively new member of the club, having performed in her first pantomime in 2023. As a junior member, she participated in her first drama festival in 2024 with "A Dog's Life" which successfully reached the National Youth Final in Bathgate, this achievement not only being a first for Lily but for Wick Junior Players. As a young, keen individual; Lily will make a fitting representative for our many junior members.
